Can arrival and departure be independent of each other?
If your schedule is irregular or if the agency is unavailable, each accommodation is equipped with a key safe (Bluetooth key box).
My flight arrives or departs very early. What should I do?
We will always find a solution; we do whatever is necessary to adapt to your situation and facilitate your arrival and/or departure.
We are arriving on a Sunday or public holiday. What should we do?
We will send you detailed instructions on how to collect the keys and settle in 48 hours before your arrival. In this case, the inventory will be carried out first thing the following morning.
We have a young child. What should we do about equipment?
